15 Home Workouts Plus a Sweat It Out Playlist

How’s it going with your workouts these days?


I’m so ready to get outside and run again, but there is ice everywhere; so it’s just not safe. Home workouts are the order of the day, and this week I’m sharing 15 with you, plus a playlist that will help you push through your sweat sessions. If you don’t have a barbell or kettlebell, you can substitute hand weights. If you don’t have a cardio machine at home, just try a jump rope or some bodyweight cardio like burpees, jumping jacks or mountain climbers.


How do you stay on track with your workouts? I’ve found that when I belonged to a gym, a scheduled class time was an appointment that kept me accountable. Now that I’m working out at home, I’m trying to implement the same tactic and set a time every day for my ‘class.’ This way, I view it as an appointment to keep. How about you? What tips or tricks help you stick to your goals for weekly workouts?
