1. To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly.
2. To make custom made size, if you do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully.
3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs
you see.
4. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility.
5. There will be US$30.0 extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service on the model.
6. The offer is not including any accessories like veil, petticoat, gloves, etc without special notice, if you want buy some accessories,please kindly contact us when you place the order.
7. For the sake of timely delivery, it is deeply appreciated with your kind providing the date of your wedding or party in the column of "order remarks" when you proceeding the order check out.
Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch.
In Stock:
1.We accept no reason to return. But packages must be returned within 7 days upon receipt of cargo. The returning freight is undertaken by the buyer.
2.If you want to change the size, we will reship a new dresses when receive your returning package.
Custom made:
1.If there are quality problems such as damage and stains,you can return the dress back or we can remake the dress for you for free including there ship freight.
2.Here we offer free modification for quality problems. Please provide us tracking number, specific reason for modification and your ID.
3.If the dress is not the size you ordered, firstly, please make sure there is no problem with the measurements you have provided. Then you should measure the dress, please make note that one inch difference is acceptable; but if the dress differs from the size by two inches or more, we encourage you to a local tailor to adjust it, and we will gladly reimburse thecost of tailoring cost.
4. We willrefund you for items returned within 2 days since you receive them, for ourfault. Such as wrong size (custom made in your specification size is notrefundable), quality problems, wrong color. A full refund will be given ifitems are returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible forreturn shipping with proper packaging.
Attention:
If the dress is damaged by deliberatively act when we receive it, we will decline the return request.
If parts of the suits are missing, the compensation will be charged from buyer.
2.The return request should be put up within 7 days after the receipt of suit,or we will decline returning the dress back.
3.We will refund you within 3 working days after we receive the dress.
4.Before you return the suits back, please confirm the return address with us.
