- Put chili in a bowl, and microwave until hot. add dollop of yogurt, top with pork mixture, and serve.

Instructions:
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Mix with protein and Splenda.
- Add water and form into 4 cookies.

- Cool, then top each cookie with yogurt and close to create two sandwiches.
