Not happy with your purchase? Just return it for refund!

My customers satisfaction is very important to me so if you are not happy with any items purchased in my etsy shop, please do not hesitate to contact me before leaving any negative feedback and I will do my very best to fix the problem. Please note that all claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All the purchased items will be shipped as well packed priority airmail without tracking number. If you purchase 3 or more items the package will be sent WITH online tracking.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 days.

Your order will ship from Hungary. The average delivery timeframe is :

- Europe : 3 to 12 days (can occasionnally take up to 30 days)

- United States & Canada : 6 to 30 days (can occasionnally take up to 60 days)

- Australia, New Zealand & Japan : 12 to 40 days (can occasionnally take up to 60 days)

- South America, Asia & non-US Pacific Islands : due to difficult local customs, packages can sometimes take up to 2 months to deliver. Please contact us beforehand if you would like a faster shipping, so we can find the exact rate to your country.

Please keep in mind the maximum delivery timeframe + the production time when placing an order for a special event!

DELIVERY ISSUES:

- Check if the maximum delivery timeframe for your country has passed (timeframes are stated above).

- In the case of a package undelivered after the maximum delivery timeframe for your country has passed, please contact us : we require 45 days to investigate, as we are usually successful in locating your package and getting it re-routed within this timeframe.

- After 45 days, if the package still hasn't resurfaced, you will be offered a refund or a replacement.

Thefts and losses actually happen rarely with tracked packages. Before jumping to any conclusion, let's make sure that all steps stated above have been taken :)

Care instructions :

To preserve the durability of our jewelry, water and humidity in general should be avoided. Our plated jewels are best preserved when stored in a dry place, preferably a jewelry box or a zip-lock plastic bag. Chemicals such as perfume and lotion are also harmful to the durability of the plating, so try to avoid applying on areas that touch the jewels.
